How long does shipping take?
Processing takes 1–2 business days. Standard transit after shipment generally takes 4–6 business days within Canada.
How do I track my order?
Tracking is sent to the order email after shipment.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Contact us as soon as possible before shipment. A change or cancellation is not guaranteed after fulfilment begins.
How do returns work?
Request an eligible return within 30 days after delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. For an approved return, we cover return shipping and provide instructions or a prepaid label.
When will I receive a refund?
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after return review. Financial institutions may take additional time.
What if an item is damaged or incorrect?
Send the order information and clear photos so we can review the issue.
